Yann's Book Club - September Issue
Hope you're ready for some cool reads! Here are my top reads for the month of September:
The Way of the Superior Man: This has been a totally mindblowing read. If you're like me, generally fail at relationships with women, never understand what they really want and generally don't get women's way of thinking, I highly recommend getting this book. It was a total eyeopener and pretty much described everything I did wrong and gave me a super logic explanation on how to better understand women and avoid making these stupid mistakes over and over again It actually speaks from the male and female side that every person has, so the title might be a bit misleading. Awesome read nevertheless...
Predictable Revenue: If you have no clue about sales or how to properly implement sales into your organization this is the book you need to read. Written by the guy that made Salesforce.com as huge as it is today, it's a must read for everyone that wants to understand how sales should be done today.
Multipliers: How the Best Leaders make Everyone Smarter: There are two ways of managing people. The multiplier approach, which enables your employees to get better every single day and make them smarter and the Diminishers, the empire builders that make their employees insecure and sometimes even more "stupid". Great read that will not only tell you how to figure out what sort of leader you are but also how to become a Multiplier and make your employees smarter.
That's it for now. See you again next month.
